Pay Rate: $40-45.00/hour
1st shift. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

What’s a typical day as Human Resources Generalist? You’ll be:

Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.
Conducting intake and supporting investigations into employee concerns, ensuring documentation and timely resolution.
Managing leave of absence programs (FMLA, MA PFML, ADA accommodations) in partnership with a third-party administrator.
Coordinating workers’ compensation claims, safety initiatives, and OSHA compliance.
Providing administrative support for recruiting, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and pre-employment processes.
Maintaining accurate HRIS data (Workday experience is a plus) and supporting HR audits, compliance, and system initiatives.
Partnering with managers to ensure consistent HR policy application and employment law compliance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

3–7+ years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Demonstrate a strong background in employee relations, investigations, and coaching managers.
Have experience administering FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs.
Are knowledgeable in workers’ compensation, workplace safety, and OSHA compliance.
Have supported recruiting and onboarding activities, and are familiar with HRIS systems.
Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
