Positions We Are Hiring For:

Machine & Fabrication Operators: Setup, run, and assist with preventive maintenance on industrial fabrication machinery.
Manual Welders (MIG/TIG): Read blueprints, set up weld stations, and perform clean, high-quality MIG welding.
Robotic Weld Operators: Load, unload, monitor, and troubleshoot automated robotic welding cells to maintain continuous production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, or monitor industrial fabrication machinery, manual weld stations, or robotic welding cells.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to perform quality control checks and maintain specs.
Maintain complete documentation, logbooks, and process check sheets for quality and safety standards.
Safely handle materials and equipment, including the ability to lift, position, and transport parts weighing up to 50 lbs as needed throughout your shift.
Keep work areas clean and adhere strictly to all safety and OSHA guidelines.

(Note: While these primary roles are based in Owatonna, we also have additional manufacturing and skilled trade opportunities in the surrounding local areas.)

Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Previous experience in machine operation, metal fabrication, manual welding, or robotic welding is preferred (training available for select positions).
Certification from a trade school preferred but not required.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production machinery or welding equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, schematics, or operational check sheets.
Basic computer or data-entry skills for logbook tracking.
Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
