Remote Loan Originator – Fast-Paced Sales Environment | North Carolina

Capital Fund 1 is looking for a high-energy, bilingual (preferred, not required) Loan Originator ready to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Build relationships with high-volume investors, developers, and builders in fast-moving markets.
Hunt for new borrowers through relentless cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
Convert a constant stream of inbound leads into closed deals.
Drive loans to the finish line by coordinating with our processing team and managing documentation.
Leverage your real estate knowledge and sales skills to guide clients and close quickly.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in sales (real estate or financial services preferred).
Self-motivated, driven, and competitive—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
Strong phone presence, networking ability, and comfort in a high-pressure, high-reward sales environment.
CRM proficiency and organizational skills to manage a busy pipeline.
Bilingual skills a major plus to connect with diverse clients.
No NMLS license required—we’ll help you hit the ground running fast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
