Full Job Description

What You Will Do

Project Planning, Design & Implementation

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects.
Conduct engineering analyses, studies, and system modeling to support project design.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Stakeholder, Regulatory & Community Engagement

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and the public to ensure compliant project delivery.

Operational Reliability & Safety

Support reliability efforts through occasional on‑call or extended‑hour response needs.

Qualifications

What is Required

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of progressive civil engineering experience within a utility, water/wastewater, or infrastructure environment.
Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification at hire; ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure when eligible, or within two years.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with engineering software, modeling tools, and GIS/mapping systems.

What is Preferred

Experience with utility design, construction oversight, or municipal engineering.
