Job Description

Job Title: Fayetteville - Administrative Office Support

Reports To: Peggy Crumpler

Employment Status: Full Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This position has typical work hours Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 5:30PM

Essential Functions and Tasks:

Manage Incoming calls and correspondence
Maintain filing system
Manage and order office supplies
Post invoices to accounting system
Assist with accounts payables as needed
Post customer payments
Process monthly statements
Manage customer accounts
Assist with National Account processing
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task, time management and task prioritization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

TireMaster
Microsoft Suite (Office and Excel)
Knowledge in Tiremaster point of sale system a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Physical Abilities

Operate standard office equipment
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Work Environment

For this position, the majority of work will be performed in office at a desk.

Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 5:30PM
