Full Job Description

Do you enjoy helping turn clients' dreams into reality? Do you have the patience to listen to client’s construction needs and educate them about the process? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team!

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of residential and light commercial construction practices, complete understanding on how to read plans and specs and communicate discrepancies and decisions that are needed to clients in easy-to-understand terms, have outstanding communication skills, be able to coordinate for upcoming subcontractor, material, and labor needs, be a safety advocate and control quality and costs.
Capabilities should include planning, directing, and managing several residential and light commercial construction projects at a time with upholding a high level of customer services and client interaction.

Experience & Tools:

· Vehicle with ability to haul tools and small amounts of building materials

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

· 10+ years of in-depth construction experience

· 3+ years project management experience

· Construction Management Degree encouraged, but not required
