Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient information, perform data entry, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Previous medical office or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and assistance
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor logs
Perform data entry tasks with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Requirements

Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
