Our numerous areas of expertise include graphic overlays and custom labels, injection molded panels and latches, machined parts, fabric over foam gaskets, die and laser cut components, rapid prototyping, product marking and installation services. We service Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications and consumer electronics industries. We are a small company and thrive much in part of our employees' ability to carry many hats and handle a variety of tasks on a day to day basis.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented QA Manager with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, process-driven, and capable of consistently maintaining high standards of quality across our operations. As QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality system, coordinating audits, and driving continuous improvement — all while helping to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System (QMS)
Oversee quality documentation, corrective/preventive actions, and internal audits
Coordinate external audits and ensure successful recertifications
Support production teams with quality standards and process adherence
Create inspection policies and procedures
Drive improvements to processes, documentation, and training programs
Track quality metrics and identify opportunities for root cause analysis and resolution
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure compliance and accountability
Help onboard future Quality Management Systems such as ISO 13485 & AS 9001

Experience & Qualifications:

Prior experience managing a QMS under ISO 9001 standards
Strong understanding of quality control processes and documentation
Ability to quickly learn our manufacturing processes and apply quality principles accordingly
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable balancing both routine oversight and project-based initiatives
