Barron Industries is seeking to hire a talented CNC Programmer for their 2nd shift team in Oxford, Michigan!

If you have 3 years of CNC Machining experience, 2 years of Mastercam and/or Tebis programming, and the ability to perform set-ups independently, you're exactly who we're looking for!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam and/or Tebis.
Set up CNC machines for production, including work offsets and tool length offsets.
Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve quality and efficiency.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Verify first-piece quality and make program or setup adjustments as needed.
Produce precision machined components that meet customer specifications.
Perform routine inspections using precision measuring equipment.
Troubleshoot Machining and programming issues.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production schedules.
