About Quikaid:
Quikaid is a Social Security disability representation firm based in Saint Petersburg, FL. Established in 1993, we offer legal services to clients across the United States. As a well-managed and rapidly growing company, we provide a dynamic and engaging work environment.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to own Quikaid’s organic social media presence and consistently produce engaging, high-quality content across platforms.
This is an execution-focused role with creative ownership for someone who enjoys developing ideas, creating content, and turning those ideas into polished, on-brand assets that are fun, engaging, informative, and effective.
The ideal candidate is a creator, storyteller, and marketer who understands how to capture attention, explain complicated subjects simply, create compelling short-form videos, and use performance data to continually improve content.
You will help develop a social presence that combines education, entertainment, storytelling, social proof, and brand personality while maintaining the credibility and sensitivity appropriate for the people Quikaid serves.
Responsibilities:
- Create, capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and visual content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and other social assets.
- Maintain organized content libraries and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging content formats, and relevant cultural moments.
- Develop approximately 5–7 short-form videos per week, taking content from concept and filming through editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Own Quikaid’s organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms where appropriate, maintaining a consistent and engaging publishing cadence.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with company initiatives, audience interests, and Marketing goals, while efficiently batch-producing and repurposing content across platforms.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, calls to action, and other social copy that captures attention and encourage engagement.
- Turn complex SSDI and SSI topics, frequently asked questions, and common misconceptions into simple, understandable, and engaging content.
- Develop creative concepts, recurring content series, campaigns, and storytelling that bring Quikaid’s brand personality to life and make the brand recognizable and memorable.
- Identify and develop client stories, testimonials, social-proof content, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes content by working with employees and leadership throughout Quikaid and obtaining appropriate permissions.
- Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews, identifying common questions and feedback, and escalating client-specific or sensitive inquiries when appropriate.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring social content consistently reflects Quikaid’s established voice, visual identity, and messaging while identifying appropriate opportunities for humor, entertainment, trends, and relatable content.
- Track and analyze content performance, including views, reach, engagement, watch time, completion rates, shares, saves, follower growth, and organic website traffic, and use insights to continually improve content.
- Test different hooks, formats, topics, messaging, and creative concepts to identify what resonates with the audience and prioritize content that performs, not simply content that looks good.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, executives, and paid-media team to source content ideas, support marketing initiatives, and identify high-performing organic content that can be repurposed or adapted for paid advertising.
- Manage and grow Quikaid’s YouTube channel, including uploading and optimizing Shorts and long-form content with compelling titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and other platform-specific best practices.
