Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role is the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Administrator, you will be the go-to person for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting team members. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help foster a productive and welcoming workplace environment. This positon offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management, vendor relations, human resources, and more, all while contributing to a thriving organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems, ensuring a professional and friendly environment for Clients and Employees
Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for meetings, appointments, and company events to optimize team productivity.
Manage Important paperwork for clients such as lien waivers.
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating training & development initiatives.
Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. While working with our accounting department on necessary paperwork or docs they might need
Assist with special projects like event planning, office renovations, or community outreach efforts to promote team engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, training & development, and employee record management.
