Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are a facial plastic surgery facility that takes great pride in our patient care and results. Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Esthetician-Part Time and bring your passion for skincare and aesthetic treatments to life! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional spa services, personalized skincare solutions, and aesthetic treatments that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients can relax, rejuvenate, and achieve their beauty goals. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion (Dermasweep), and facial lymphatic massage.
Deliver spa services such as waxing (facial waxing) and other aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their treatment results.
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and techniques to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification and at least 2 years of experience.
Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion (Dermasweep) and facial lymphatic massage.
Knowledge of facial waxing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments.
Ability to perform multiple aesthetic procedures efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
Experience in retail sales or product recommendations is a plus.
Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
