Location: Helena, Montana

River Bend Homes is looking for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team and help our customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

At River Bend, we don’t just sell houses; we provide a high-end, customizable experience. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring they receive the professional and welcoming service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet visitors at our sales center, answer initial inquiries, and provide information on our KIT Custom Homebuilders models and customization options.
Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Team with drafting professional correspondence, managing customer files, and coordinating appointments.
Marketing Assistance: Help maintain our professional presence by assisting with YouTube descriptions, exterior design showcase materials, and other real estate marketing efforts.
Lead Management: Help track and follow up with potential buyers to ensure no question goes unanswered.
Showcase Readiness: Ensure our model homes are clean, professional, and ready for tours at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Professionalism: You represent a reputable, long-standing business; a clean and professional demeanor is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and drafting business documents.
Self-Starter Attitude: The ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Interest in Real Estate: A passion for home design, construction technicalities, or the housing industry is a major plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn our CRM and marketing tools.
3 Saturday shift per month are mandatory.
