Assists in the analysis of data and extracts and defines relevant information
Conduct verification of data for accuracy
Acts as the liaison for business units to determine report needs
Create and provide routine reports
Provides trends for responsible business units
Manages data and assists in the development of data retention procedures
Arrange any necessary travel
Review invoices for proper approval
Assist with coordinating donation requests for community events and completing documentation
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Finance is preferred
1 - 2 years of administrative experience
Capable of meeting strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
Must be detail oriented, analytical and organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
