Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our front office team three days per week. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. The position involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The workdays are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed
Answer phone calls promptly and assist with patient inquiries
Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

Experience

Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
