Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our Construction Company

General office tasks.
Administer all vendor agreements
Invoice all accounts and follow up on billing
Manage inventory of all materials
Receive shipments
Assist in shipping materials to job sites as needed.
Communicating information to all field personnel
Keep and maintain all job files
Assist Regional Sales Manager and Superintendent in communication to all accounts
Maintain all office equipment
Work hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm
Must be experienced in Microsoft Suite.
Prior Construction Industry experience is a plus

Other Bookkeeping Duties

Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage customer accounts, including billing inquiries and payment discrepancies.
Perform account analysis to identify outstanding invoices and follow up with clients as necessary.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable activities.
Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.27 - $28.03 per hour
