HealthSource Chiropractic is looking for a high-energy, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team in Franklin.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a great first impression for every patient who walks through the door.

Our Front Desk Associate plays a critical role in the success of the clinic. You are not just answering phones or scheduling appointments — you are helping guide patients through a care experience that can truly change their lives.

What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for helping keep the clinic running smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.

Daily responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments
Scheduling visits and managing the clinic schedule
Answering phones and assisting with new patient inquiries
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
Assisting with insurance verification and administrative tasks
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk
Maintaining our systems and standards

This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking.

Schedule & Location

This role is primarily based in our Franklin clinic, but flexibility is important.

Our team works together to support multiple locations when needed.
