Influencer & User-Generated Content (UGC) Manager - Remote

McFadden/Gavender is an international, full-service agency in Tucson, AZ specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing with expertise in creative, digital, media buying, social media, public relations, and more.

We are looking for an experienced Influencer & User-Generated Content (UGC) Manager to build and lead our creator program across a growing portfolio of consumer packaged goods clients. Do you have what it takes?

What You'll Be Doing

Own and lead the influencer and UGC program across a portfolio of CPG clients
Develop creator strategy, set program standards, and establish the processes that make this function run
Research, source, and vet creators across lifestyle, food, and consumer product categories
Own creator outreach, communication, and onboarding from start to finish
Manage deliverables, timelines, and content quality across all active creator partnerships
Review content for brand accuracy, tone, and compliance
Track and manage assets, usage rights, and deliverable submissions
Collaborate with internal MG team leads on campaign strategy, project flow, and client goals
Own performance reporting and surface insights that inform program decisions
Listen to Dad jokes and occasionally laugh (we’ll take sympathy laughs too)

What You'll Have

Bachelor’s Degree required (in marketing or a related field)
2-4 years of experience managing influencer and UGC programs for brands
A track record of building and scaling influencer or UGC programs, not just executing within them
Experience working with influencers in an affiliate marketing capacity, meaning you understand performance-based creator relationships, affiliate link tracking, commission structures, and how to brief and manage creators who are driving measurable conversion, not just awareness
Agency experience with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
Proven ability to operate independently, build what does not exist, and own outcomes without a team beneath you
Reliable internet connection
Computer (with webcam and mic) & tablet/phone
Available to work 8-5pm Arizona time (includes one hour lunch break)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superb writing and grammar talent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball

What Would Make You Stand Out

CPG or food and beverage industry experience
Deep familiarity with creator platforms, vetting tools, and influencer marketplaces
Experience with performance analytics and reporting beyond vanity metrics
Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Slack
Creative ideas that make people say “whoa”
