Google Ads Media Buyer (Remote — US/Canada)
AdsRonin is a performance marketing agency that manages Google Ads for
high-ticket, lead generation, ecommerce, and local service businesses,
including clients scaling past $1M/month. We're hiring a full-time
Google Ads Media Buyer to join our media buying team and manage client
accounts under the direction of our head media buyer.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Media Buyer is responsible for the day-to-day management and
optimization of client Google Ads accounts. You'll report to and work
directly under our head media buyer, starting on smaller local service
and ecommerce accounts and taking on larger accounts over time based on
performance. Account budgets range from $20k to $300k+ per month. This
role begins behind the scenes and moves into client-facing work as you
develop within the team.
You'll be supported by an established team: creative planning and
landing pages are handled in-house, tracking and technical setup is
already in place, and executive assistants handle administrative tasks.
On many accounts you'll work alongside the client's sales team, who
manage appointment setting and closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across local service,
ecommerce, lead generation, and high-ticket accounts
- Monitor account performance daily and make optimizations to hit each
account's targets
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions
- Track account metrics against the financial model built for each
client, so account performance is always measured against clear
targets
- Maintain client account performance and retention
- Report to the head media buyer and participate in team reviews
- Take on client-facing responsibilities and larger accounts as
performance allows
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
- Experience managing a meaningful monthly ad budget (does not need to
be $5k/day, but must be beyond small test accounts)
- Working familiarity with the software and tools commonly used across
ecommerce, lead generation, local service, and high-ticket funnels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable diagnosing issues and proposing solutions
- Available full-time during US or Canada business hours
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
- Experience across more than one of our verticals (local service,
ecommerce, lead generation, high-ticket)
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics setup

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
Base salary of $5,000-$7,000/month, commensurate with experience, plus
incentive-based compensation that scales with role performance.

Pay: $60,000 - $84,000+ per year base, plus performance incentives
