Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Administrative Support Coordinator to support our Production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This temporary position has the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for accurately entering production work orders and other production-related information into our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support to help ensure efficient production operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, learns quickly, enjoys working with data, and is always looking for ways to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Enter production work orders accurately and efficiently into Oracle NetSuite.
Review data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing information.
Work closely with Production personnel to resolve data issues and ensure records are complete and accurate.
Support the entry and maintenance of production, inventory, and other operational data within the ERP system.
Support the Production Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
Assist with maintaining production documentation and records.
Support the New Product Development (NPD) and Finance teams with special projects within our ERP System
Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with production staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative, manufacturing, or production support experience preferred.
Experience using ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.

Fast-paced food manufacturing facility.
Regular interaction with production personnel and management.
Combination of office and production floor environment as needed.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to: Production Manager

Employment Status

This is a temporary position with the intention of becoming a permanent full-time opportunity for the successful candidate, based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
