Overview
Join the Indrotec team as a Recruiter/Account Manager, where your energy and expertise will drive talent acquisition and client success. In this pivotal role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, manage key client relationships, and ensure the seamless integration of top-tier talent across various industries. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will help us build strong partnerships and foster a thriving workforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth while developing your skills in talent management, negotiation, and strategic sourcing.

Duties

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates across technical, executive, campus, and internal roles.
Cultivate relationships with clients and candidates through cold calling, social media management, relationship management techniques, and research to generate leads and fill open positions swiftly.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations by leveraging skills in interviewing, employment & labor law compliance, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure quality placements.
Manage talent pipelines for succession planning and lead generation initiatives to support long-term organizational growth.
Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate records within ATS systems like Salesforce or ADP to track recruitment metrics, employee data, and contract details.
Support HR functions including employee contracts, performance reviews, employee relations issues, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
