Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties

Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities.
Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for discoverability and search engine rankings.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance branding efforts, manage online reputation, and coordinate influencer or partnership initiatives.
Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement while managing budgets effectively.
Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
Produce multimedia content such as short videos or photo shoots that align with current digital marketing trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of past work.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research methods, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
Strong understanding of social listening tools and techniques for market research and brand monitoring.
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
Ability to develop creative campaigns that align with branding strategies while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills for relationship management with team members, influencers, partners, and followers.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience managing paid campaigns is preferred.
