Join a Brightway Insurance agency in Orlando, FL as a full-time licensed producer. You'll sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, flood and more) backed by access to dozens of top-rated carriers and the support infrastructure of a national network.

This is a sales role with real earning upside. Your income grows with your production.

What You'll Do

Sell property & casualty (home, auto, flood and more) insurance products to new and existing clients
Build and grow a referral network within the local community
Consult with clients to match them with the right coverage across multiple carriers
Manage your pipeline and consistently meet monthly sales targets

What You Need

Active P&C insurance license (required)
A consultative, customer-first approach to selling
Proven ability to build relationships and grow a referral base
Drive to hit targets and grow your income over time
