Position Overview:
DiPietro Law, LLC, an established estate planning, elder law, and estate and trust administration firm, is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with both prospective and existing clients. This position is an important part of the client experience and includes a combination of front desk coverage, client communication, scheduling, introductory calls, and administrative support.
The Client Relationship Manager is often one of the first people a prospective client speaks with. This person will talk with prospective clients about why they are calling, explain our Initial Consultation process, answer questions, and help guide them toward scheduling an appointment when appropriate.
This role also works closely with our existing clients and team members to help keep the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining client records, and assisting with other administrative needs.
Our team works together to provide excellent legal services with compassion. We maintain a warm and friendly boutique law firm experience for our clients and a collaborative environment for our team.
Please Note: This position requires working at both our Millsboro and Millville offices according to a schedule determined by the firm. Applicants must be comfortable splitting their time between both locations.
We offer benefits including health insurance reimbursement, bonus opportunities, paid time off including holidays, a 401(k) plan with matching, and life insurance. The base compensation range is $37,000–$43,000, depending on experience.

- Proficient – Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and learning new software.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer incoming calls, assist clients, and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients, gather information about why they are calling, determine the appropriate next step, and explain the Initial Consultation process, fees, paperwork, and expectations.
- Answer prospective client questions, help them feel comfortable moving forward, and follow up as needed to keep the intake process moving.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment confirmations.
- Collect and enter prospective client and new matter information, including contacts, matters, notes, appointments, and other required information in the firm’s systems.
- Assist with new client and matter setup and ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, emails, and faxes.
- Scan, organize, and maintain client records, legal documents, and files.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, team members, marketing partners, vendors, and other outside contacts.
- Coordinate witnesses and serve as a notary public for document signings when needed.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned..
- Take initiative, work independently, and keep tasks moving forward.
