Full Job Description

CGA has a growing practice serving clients of all sizes. We’re known for being detail-oriented, responsive, and client-first. We’re looking for reliable and experienced paralegals to join our growing firm and support our attorneys in providing outstanding client service. As a paralegal you will assist attorneys with case management, legal research, document preparation, client communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You’ll Do

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and other legal materials.
Conduct legal and factual research using various online and traditional resources.
Manage case files and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
Assist with discovery, document production, and litigation support.
Coordinate court filings and monitor deadlines.
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and appointments.
Prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, closings, and client meetings.
Track case status and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information.

What We’re Looking For

1 3 years or more of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Comfortable juggling multiple client matters or transactions at once
Strong organizational and document management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Professional communication skills
Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience is a plus but not required

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Filevine
Prior work in a law firm, inhouse legal department, or banking environment
