Full Job Description

Preschool Director Needed for Growing Preschool Centers!

Are you looking for a team that feels more like a family. A place where you can make a difference while playing/enjoying time with amazing little ones!?

We are looking for people who love helping young minds continue “Reaching new milestones through authentic learning, play experiences, and the arts.”

The ideal candidate should have a love and dedication to the children, staff and overall center, must be flexible and have the ability to fill in when/where needed. Must take ownership and pride in running their center. have minimum 3 years experience as director.

Responsibilities will include:

As the Center Director you will manage the assigned school in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines.
Greet parents, assist with front office duties and customer service
Operate the school according to state licensing standards
Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
Help with classroom coverage when needed
Answer phones, schedule tours, tour and maintain enrollment
Work independently as well as cooperatively with other staff members.
Keep information about children, families, and staff confidential.
Be reliable and punctual in attendance.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

High School diploma/GED or College diploma
Hold a current and valid Arizona driver's license or state ID
DPS Fingerprint Level One Clearance Card
CPR and First Aid Card
Current Food Handler's Certificate
Documentation of a Negative TB test
Must be able to pass the DCS Registry background check
Administrative Positions must have at least 2 years of Teaching Experience in a Quality Licensed Facility.
3+ years in a childcare administrative position
