Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position helps keep our daily office operations running smoothly while assisting customers, employees, and management.

The ideal candidate communicates well, pays attention to detail, stays organized, and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Previous office experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn are equally important to us.

Responsibilities may vary by location and may grow based on the individual's experience, strengths, and abilities.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and assist or direct callers as needed
Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain office documents
Handle emails, mail, invoices, statements, and other routine office paperwork
Communicate with customers, employees, management, vendors, and other company locations
Assist management and office staff with daily administrative needs
Depending on location and experience, assist with deposits, collections, accounts receivable, and other financial or bookkeeping-related duties
Perform additional office duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Bookkeeping, accounting, collections, or accounts receivable experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
