Full Job Description

Join the Team at UTS Equipment Company GLADWIN

UTS Equipment is a growing family-owned tractor, trailer, and equipment dealership looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Gladwin team as a Title Clerk / Receptionist.

This position serves as the first point of contact for our customers while also helping keep our sales and office paperwork organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy staying organized, helping people, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate salesperson or department
Organize and scan various documents into our system
Assist with scanning completed sales deals and related paperwork
Complete police book entries, prepare folders for titles, fill out titles
File completed sales and title documents
Run mail and make trips to the Secretary of State office as needed
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Assist with other general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Previous dealership experience or CVR experience is a plus!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5 and Saturday's 9-1

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
