Creative Specialist
Full-Time / Seasonal 20-40 Hours per Week

How You Will Add Value to Our Company and Clients
Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and foster relationships that deliver exceptional service and long-term partnerships. This helps move our brand forward and gives us more chances to work with top-producing agents in our market.
Tell Stories: Use your creative talents to tell visual stories through your images and videos, capturing the unique features and character of each property and creating an emotional connection for buyers. You will also help build our clients' brands by presenting them and their properties in a compelling, polished, and professional way.
Add to Our Culture: Collaborate well, share your creative ideas, communicate clearly, and help create a positive team environment that leads to great results for both clients and teammates.

Schedule (Please Read Carefully): This is a seasonal role, and you must be comfortable with that.
- 8 months (busy season): Full-time (40 hrs./week)
- 4 months (Nov–Feb): 20–30 hrs./week
- Average across the year: ~35 hrs./week

Competitive Pay
Starting/Training Pay: $20/hr.
Post-Training Base Pay (up to 90-day tryout): $22/hour
After that: $23-28/hr. ($800-$1,100/week). Depending on experience, plus Performance bonus, gas money, auto allowance, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick days.

· You have Videography experience and a solid basic foundation in photography.
· You have a high school diploma and an undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
· You live within 25 miles of our location in Gambrills, MD.
Bonus Points
· FAA Part 107 Drone License
· 1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry as a professional or independent creative contractor
· Photography skills, marketing or sales experience, client directing, and business or operations experience
· Proficiency with mirrorless camera systems and lenses, preferably Nikon
· Experience using 3D tour cameras and equipment
· Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and file management systems
Key Responsibilities
· Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, knowledge, and a positive attitude.
· Oversee and deliver listing solutions from start to finish, including photo, Reel/video, drone, 3D services, and floor plans.
· Identify the best creative solutions in the field and offer consultations and upgrades when appropriate.
· Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
· Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments and with clients.
· Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized.
· Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking and consistency.
· Travel to and from scheduled shoots on time while driving safely.
· Communicate field notes to the appropriate team members.
· Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Participate in training and development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.
· Upload footage before 6:00 pm each day so the editing team has what they need.
· Complete Project Prep each day before 7:30 pm so you are ready for upcoming shoots.
· Confirm your next-day schedule with the Creative Lead before 6:00 pm for clear communication.
Physical Activities
· Moving about to accomplish tasks or travel from one worksite to another
· Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions if needed
· Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
· Operating light machinery and electronic equipment
· Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
· Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods
Work Hours
This is a seasonal, hourly, non-exempt position with an expected schedule of 20-40 hours per week (average 35 hrs./week). Limited weekend and evening availability may be required. Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am EST to 4:00 pm EST.
