Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Fine Dining Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft and brings strong technical skills, creativity, and fresh ideas to the kitchen. This role is an excellent opportunity for a chef who wants to contribute to an established restaurant while helping shape an exciting and elevated dining experience.

Responsibilities

Design and plan menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept, culinary vision, seasonal availability, and guest preferences.
Develop, test, and refine recipes with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and creativity.
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes using professional culinary techniques.
Demonstrate strong attention to plating, presentation, flavor, and detail.
Contribute new and innovative ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials.
Maintain consistency and quality throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
Work efficiently in a high-end, fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other restaurant staff.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
Strong knowledge and experience with brunch and breakfast service.
Knowledge of pastry, desserts, and dessert presentation.
Excellent understanding of professional cooking techniques and food preparation.
Creative and innovative approach to food, flavor, and presentation.
Strong plating and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and contribute new menu ideas.
Consistent attention to detail and quality.
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented work ethic.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Availability may require early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
