Full Job Description

Job Overview

Donahue Industries, Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Office Administrator/Receptionist to support the daily operations of our manufacturing office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, accounting, and customer-service responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping our office organized, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers, and supporting the flow of orders from entry through completion.

Responsibilities

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Enter customer orders and maintain accurate order information
Track open orders and communicate status updates as needed
Perform general data entry and maintain organized records
File and manage paperwork and electronic documents
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Assist with general office administration and daily clerical tasks
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
Help ensure office information and documentation remain accurate and up to date

Qualifications

Previous administrative, receptionist, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with computers, email, and data-entry systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Dependable, punctual, and capable of handling confidential information
Experience in a manufacturing or small-business office is helpful but not required

Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 18–25 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and can be discussed based on the needs of the selected candidate and the company.

Compensation

$25.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
