Office Manager

Tabernash, Colorado | Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 per year

We're looking for an Office Manager who loves bringing order to busy days, building great relationships with customers, and helping a growing business thrive. You'll be the heartbeat of our office, supporting our field crews, leadership team, and customers while making a real impact on the success of the company.

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll be trusted to take ownership, improve processes, and become an essential part of our leadership team.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes while creating an outstanding experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Greeting customers and serving as the primary point of contact by phone and email
Scheduling crews, appointments, and projects
Supporting communication between the office and field teams
Preparing invoices and processing payments
Maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks Online
Assisting with employee onboarding and personnel records
Ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors
Preparing reports and helping management stay organized
Solving problems and helping ensure every customer has an exceptional experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

You have:

At least 2 years of office management or administrative experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A desire to be part of a team where everyone helps each other succeed

Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or another service-based business is a plus—but not required.
