- Associates Degree or equivalent in IT related program.

Work with the vendor to provide up to date hardware specification for the university’s standard desktop hardware.

Prepare new computers for deployment into the university for staff, faculty and computer labs to the specification of the order.
Develop new OS images, troubleshooting methods, and anything else that would streamline IT operations.

Respond to customer inquiries, collect and tracks issues in ticketing systems, provide support for audio, video, and multimedia equipment issues in University Supported Classrooms.
Coordinate with Lead Classroom Support Specialist on classroom technology.
Implement technical solutions to facilitate classroom instruction.
