Director of Operations

Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation (TCAF)
Grand Junction, CO | Part-Time (33-37 hours/week) | Flexible Schedule

Help Save Lives While Building Something Meaningful

The Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation (TCAF) is a national nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through awareness, education, patient support, and survivorship programs.

We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Director of Operations who thrives on creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and helping mission-driven volunteers succeed. If you enjoy coordinating projects, organizing complex logistics, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.

This position is based in Grand Junction, Colorado office with a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of TCAF's Grand Junction office.
Coordinate logistics for TCAF's annual Testicular Cancer Conference held at leading cancer centers throughout the United States.
Serve as the primary liaison for volunteer-led fundraising events across the country by providing guidance, resources, and organizational support.
Develop and maintain volunteer toolkits, promotional materials, and event resources.
Update website content using Squarespace.
Maintain organizational records, policies, board documentation, and operational procedures.
Manage travel arrangements, conference logistics, vendor communication, and project timelines.
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 to organize data, prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents.
Help ensure projects stay on schedule while supporting the overall growth of the organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of operations, event planning, project management, or nonprofit administration experience.
Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating conferences or large-scale events.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience maintaining websites using Squarespace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, but not required

Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
Graphic design or marketing experience is a plus.
