Overview

Responsibilities

Adult Intake

Process request for mental health evaluation and services, Substance Use Services, Adult Protective Services, In Home Supportive Services and Crisis intervention and Mobile Crisis dispatch.

Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication to address client inquiries effectively.
Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document interactions, update patient data, and ensure confidentiality.
Enter data accurately into computer systems using typing skills and data entry best practices to support seamless record keeping.
Collaborate with team members in a call center environment to optimize workflow and improve client service delivery.

Skills

Experience in phone call management, including phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening capabilities.
Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry accuracy.
Call center experience that demonstrates ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
BA and one year Mental Health experience required.
