Receptionist (Full-Time)

Position Summary

Coastal Safety is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to clients, students, and staff. The ideal candidate is punctual, self-motivated, dependable, and maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Ensure sign-in procedures are followed each morning.
Respond to information and general inquiry emails.
Perform daily office support tasks, including preparing coffee for students, coordinating lunch orders, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
Accurately create training completion certificates and identification badges.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
Complete and process training-related paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
Be punctual and maintain dependable attendance every workday.
Prepare classrooms and training areas prior to scheduled sessions.
Mail ID badges to client as required.
Run office-related errands when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, students, and Coastal Safety personnel.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF.
Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Available to work weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
