Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring seamless administrative functions and exceptional support to our staff and clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive, efficient, and welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and client communication
Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for appointments using productivity software
Assist with client communication, Provider follow-up tasks, and support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
Oversee front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Support office management tasks including outstanding items, filing systems, and claim follow up as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk duties and client interactions
Demonstrated office experience with clerical responsibilities such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy
