Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
