Job Requirements

Dental Assistant – Train Into Implant & Prosthodontic Specialty

Location: Rochester, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM | No Weekends

Pay: $24–$28/hour based on experience

Ready to grow into a specialty most dental assistants never get the chance to touch? At our Rochester center, you'll work directly alongside our Prosthodontist, learning implant and restorative procedures hands-on. No implant experience required — we'll train you.

If you're a certified dental assistant looking to build real specialized skills and advance your career, this is where that starts.

What We Offer

$24–$28/hour based on experience and certification
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM — no weekends, ever

What You'll Do

Learn to assist the Prosthodontist chairside during implant and restorative procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments, following infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and process radiographic imaging
Support lab case coordination and clinical inventory
Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene

What We're Looking For

Current Dental Assistant certification meeting New York state requirements
1+ year of dental assisting experience
No implant or prosthodontic experience needed — genuine willingness to learn is what counts
Strong manual dexterity and comfort learning new clinical technology
A calm, positive presence in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
