Are you an experienced salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or wellness leader looking for the next step in your career?

European Wax Center is seeking a dynamic Center Manager to lead our Winston Salem location. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to develop people, build culture, drive business results, and help guests feel confident every day.

What You’ll Own

Leading team culture, coaching, accountability, and associate performance
Driving transformational guest experiences, sales performance, KPIs, and business results
Creating an exceptional guest experience, every guest, every visit
Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
Operational execution
Building a strong, motivated team that delivers results and embodies the EWC brand

You’ll serve as the leader, coach, problem solver, and go-to person for your center.

Preferred: 2+ years of beauty, retail, hospitality, fitness or salon management experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

$50,000–$65,000+ annual earnings potential including bonus opportunities
Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonus opportunities + annual reviews + year-end bonus potential.
