Full Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and work closely with our team as we grow. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of a thriving media company and get a real, behind-the-scenes education in how a modern content and app business runs. If you're sharp, dependable, and genuinely excited about social media and digital business, there's a lot of room to grow here — the right person will see this role for the opportunity it is.

You'll be the person who keeps the day-to-day running smoothly so the founder can stay focused on the big picture.

What you'll do

Manage calendars, scheduling, and inboxes for the CEO
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and handle follow-ups
Arrange travel and manage logistics
Keep files, systems, and documents organized
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members
Provide general administrative and operational support
Grow over time into areas like light bookkeeping, customer and app support, social media support, and production/shoot coordination

What we're looking for

2+ years of executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you follow through without being asked twice
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools
A genuine interest in social media and digital content
A proactive problem-solver who's excited to learn the business and take on more
Bonus: interest in the health, wellness, parenting, or creator space

$50,000–$55,000/year
