About the Opportunity

We are a fast-growing mortgage technology and lending organization looking for motivated Loan Officers who want more than a traditional mortgage sales position.

Our platform helps homeowners understand their complete financial picture, including their mortgage, consumer debt, monthly cash flow, and long-term financial goals. Instead of leading with rates or pushing a specific loan product, our Loan Officers use a consultative approach to help clients identify opportunities to lower their monthly obligations, improve cash flow, and build a stronger financial future.

We provide the technology, marketing, client analysis, operational support, and lending resources. Your responsibility is to build trust, communicate the opportunity clearly, and guide qualified homeowners through the financing process.

What You’ll Do

Contact and follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest in reviewing their financial options
Present personalized financial benefit analyses and client dashboards
Explain financing strategies in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand way
Conduct client consultations by phone, video, and text
Collect applications and required financial documentation
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the decision-making process
Work closely with processors, operations staff, and lending partners
Manage your pipeline and keep accurate notes in the company CRM
Ensure all communications and loan activity comply with applicable mortgage regulations
Create an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through closing

What We’re Looking For

Active Mortgage Loan Originator license or the ability to become licensed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting structured follow-up
Ability to explain financial concepts without relying on industry jargon
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
Motivated by performance, client outcomes, and professional growth
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Previous mortgage, banking, consumer finance, debt consolidation, or financial-services experience is preferred

Compensation

This position includes a monthly draw and performance-based compensation.

Competitive per-loan compensation
Increased compensation based on monthly production
High-performing Loan Officers have the opportunity to earn significant monthly income
Compensation structure and licensing requirements will be reviewed during the interview process
