We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AM Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with meal assembly, and ensuring that all food items meet our high standards for quality, safety, and presentation. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation and assembly for breakfast, lunch, or catering services
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, ovens, and food processors
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Follow recipe guidelines precisely to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Support kitchen staff with food handling, plating, and portioning tasks during busy service hours
Adhere to safety standards in production areas and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times

Skills

Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Knowledge of menu planning and recipe adherence for various meal types
Excellent knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation
Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitation protocols
Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks smoothly
Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating reliability and teamwork
Capable of operating kitchen equipment safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Catering experience or serving background is a plus for understanding large-scale meal production
