Full Job Description

Duties:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform technical accounting tasks such as reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain budgets for various departments or projects
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and calculations

Skills:

- Proficient in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations based on findings
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
