Program Manager (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

As our Program Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the products, services, and programs that help our members achieve their financial goals. You'll work across departments to identify opportunities, improve the member experience, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with FAST's mission. What You'll Do

Lead the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of member programs, products, and services.
Partner with teams across Lending, Branch Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Support Services to bring ideas to life.
Analyze program performance, member feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Help create a consistent, exceptional member experience across branches, digital services, and the Call Center.
Support program launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports that help guide organizational decisions.
Ensure programs are well-documented, compliant, operationally efficient, and positioned for long-term success.

What You'll Bring

Is analytical, organized, and comfortable interpreting data to solve problems.
Communicates clearly and confidently with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as vendors.
Has strong Microsoft Office skills and enjoys working with reports and performance metrics.
Brings initiative, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Has experience in financial services, project or program management, or a related field (credit union or banking experience preferred).
