Patient Care Coordinator/Guest Specialist
Green Relief Health is a growing medical spa and wellness practice located in Nottingham, Maryland seeking a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk to join our team. We provide our patients with excellent medical aesthetic care and individually tailored wellness services with the aim to improve self-image, enhance physical beauty, and meet the spoken and unspoken needs of our patients. The Position:
- Guide patient calls/emails/and texts to effectively book consultations, schedule appointments and procedures in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet patients with VIP hospitality when they arrive and throughout the entirety of their visit.
- Checking patients in/out as they arrive and exit and ensuring their plan has been completed in terms of any recommended retail/skincare, future appointments, or any other items the provider has directed during checkout.
- Be a leader of the day-to-day activities of our growing practice
- Assist with establishing systems and protocols for a smooth-running operation in the front of the medspa.
- Be a champion of our EMR and payment collections systems
- Contribute to our social media marketing strategy and promotions in the office.
- Contribute to the sales and retention of memberships and additional service offerings.
The Right Fit:
- A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibility
- Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients
- Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful
- Has an aptitude for or ability to quickly master communication around aesthetic procedures
- Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail
- Able to anticipate needs and think ahead
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell by adding value for patients
Qualifications
- Required to have medical office/salon/spa/medical spa experience (applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Desire to work as a team and inspire innovation.
- Team member will be held to certain key performance indicators specific to the job such as conversions of bookings, rebookings, prebookings, answered calls, etc.
- Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and promotions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with scheduling software and electronic records preferred

Compensation:
Starting position at $19-22 per hour depending on experience
