Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital information. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will support efficient office operations and enhance overall productivity. Duties

Enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring quick retrieval of information
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness before submission
Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
Assist with client communication via phone or email, providing prompt support and information as needed
Perform routine data verification and quality checks to uphold data integrity and reduce errors

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk or client interaction roles
High typing speed with accuracy; attention to detail is essential for proofreading and data verification
Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
