What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent by:

Building relationships with candidates through networking, community outreach, and recruiting events
Developing creative strategies to attract diverse and multilingual candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, and screening applicants, scheduling interviews and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
Managing and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by creating and updating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and ensuring data integrity
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify top talent
Representing NAFI CT at job fairs, colleges, universities, and community events
Creating engaging recruiting marketing materials and social media content to strengthen NAFI CT’s employer brand
Monitoring recruiting metrics and recommending process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
Serving as a positive ambassador the NAFI CT ensuring every candidate has a processional and welcoming experience from the first contact through onboarding

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Bachelor's degree preferred / 1-2 years' experience
An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable networking in the community and representing our organization
Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, marketing, or a related field
Familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

Salary: $60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
