Starting Pay: $50,000 per year
Location: Grand Island
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an excellent experience for both employees and customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who’s ready to grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and staff management
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Monitor performance metrics and drive results
Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Qualifications:

Previous management or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and reporting skills
Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented

Training & Travel:
All new General Managers will travel for initial training, with travel and lodging fully paid by the company.
