About Us:
We are an established, vertically integrated agricultural operation in Kona with decades of experience producing specialty coffee. Our business has been built over many years through a commitment to quality, long-term stewardship and continual investment in both our land and our people. Today, we manage every stage of production. From cultivation and processing to manufacturing, direct sales and customer experience. This gives our team the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the entire operation.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Farm Operations Manager to lead the daily execution of our agricultural operations while helping shape the future of our farm. We believe great farming requires both respect for proven agricultural principles and a willingness to continually learn, adapt and improve. Our management decisions are guided by long-term soil health, sustainability and regenerative cultivation practices whenever practical, while remaining focused on producing exceptional crops and operating an efficient, commercially successful farm.
The ideal candidate should be open-minded, curious and willing to evaluate multiple cultivation methods based on results. We value leaders who can balance practical agricultural experience with continuous improvement, thoughtful decision-making and a genuine respect for the land they manage.
About the Role:
The Farm Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the systemization, strategic development and operational execution of all agricultural activities across our 700-acre farm. This role will lead the planning and implementation of all crop care practices, develop and manage SOPs for fieldwork, and drive continual improvement through data-informed agronomic decisions.
This position requires significant expertise in agriculture at scale, including a deep and nuanced understanding of agronomy, varietal-specific care, and regenerative practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and can successfully translate agronomic vision into daily field execution.
The candidate must be both a strategic thinker and an effective leader in the field, with the ability to guide a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce. Proficiency in Spanish and cultural fluency with our crew is essential.
Experience in post-harvest coffee processing, including fermentation techniques, milling, and value-added product development, is strongly preferred.
